Great pizza, amazing service, great vibes! We came in late at night asking for seven custom made pizzas, of which two vegan pizzas. Ramiz ensured everything was according to our dietary needs and had fun doing it. Even though he worked by himself all day, he was extremely kind and thoughtful. All pizzas were done within twenty minutes, made from all fresh ingredients right in front of us. While he was making them, he even found time to make small talk with us, trying to find common ground in French and English, trying his best. We will definitely return for all our pizza needs from now on!- Service

Recevoir un message comme le vôtre, c’est comme sortir une pizza du four juste à point : ça réchauffe le cœur et ça parfume l’âme. Vous lire, c’est entendre une douce mélodie au milieu du tumulte d’une longue journée. Votre bienveillance, votre patience, vos sourires échangés dans un français et un anglais complices, ont été pour moi bien plus qu’une simple commande — c’était une rencontre, un moment sincère, humain, rare. Merci d’avoir vu au-delà des gestes, jusqu’à l’intention. Merci d’avoir ressenti l’envie que j’ai mise dans chacune de vos pizzas, comme on le ferait pour des amis de passage. Même fatigué, ce genre de soirée me redonne de l’énergie, et votre message, lui, restera longtemps gravé dans ma mémoire. Revenez quand vous voulez : la porte est toujours ouverte, le feu ne s’éteint jamais, et la pâte est déjà en train de lever — tout comme mon respect pour vous. Avec toute ma gratitude, Ramiz ❤️
Incroyable bien.. The owner is very friendly and customer focused. I can suggest the pizza Paysanne which exceeded our expectations. On another day we visited Italia Pizza again. We ordered the pizza Flambee which was incredible tasty. It is worth to visit the owner Ramsi in his Pizzeria.

The service was the best I have seen in a long, long time. The staff were very friendly and conversational, and I left there feeling that warm feeling that one does not often get from a restaurant. It is a hole in the wall, with amazing food, good prices, and great staff. 6/5 would go again.

Amazing pizza the guy is super nice good price ( 14€ max)and the atmosphere is great 👍 I highly recommend!!!

One of the best pizza place in ales. Remember to call and order pizza before hand otherwise they might take a while in delivering because of jam packed list of orders.
